Why I Started The fit therapies blogs

I created this blog because I saw too many people doing their best—either eating clean, working out hard—and still feeling tired, sore, or stuck in a cycle of nagging injuries. I wanted to create a space where people could get practical advice that actually supports their fitness journey enjoyable and  long-term at the same time.
